A hot day! The temperature at Whistler climbed to 30° C in the shade on this wonderful Saturday. However, this was not great weather for building the roof, which involved erecting the roof beams, filling them with insulation, putting on the full cladding and sealing with a special film. They had to take advantage of this wonderful sunny day though, so by 7.30 pm the work was finished and the builders could enjoy their evening – that was the easy part. This very efficient day was crowned with a barbecue at Matheo’s place and farewells for Martin, who was heading to his new duties at Alberschwende.
